Almost pleasantly, in a lesser of two evils sort of way. It is not what I was expecting based on other towers I&#8217;d seen. The thought of climbing all those little bar steps crossed my mind (rather promptly, I might add, for someone who is not a daredevil in any way, shape, or form.) The very first glimpse as I walked down the driveway was that of seeing something glaringly out of place and time, like something from the future meeting the past, or something out of a Bill Peet or Dr. Seuss book.
