Plan on making pumpkin pie at the same time to use up ingredients. The first time I made these I used evaporated milk as the recipe calls for, but the second time I used 2% because I didn’t want to open a can of evaporated milk for only 2 oz. and I happened to have pumpkin left over from something else.
